Product Overview

The digital tire pressure gauge verification device developed by Jiangjing Technology is designed in accordance with JJG1201-2024 Verification Regulation of Digital Tire Pressure Gauges. It mainly consists of an automatic pressure generator, a Class 0.05 digital pressure calibrator, a timing function module, and the tire pressure gauge adapter kit.
Digital tire pressure gauges are divided by function into measurement typeand control type:

  • Measurement type: Equipped with a zero-reset mechanism, generally used for measuring tire pressure

  • Control type: Used to regulate tire pressure, integrated into tire inflation equipment

Due to the wide variety of tire pressure gauges on the market, many cannot be directly connected to calibration equipment for verification. The tire pressure gauge adapter kit developed by Xiamen Jiangjing Technology Co., Ltd. enables connection for more than 90% of mainstream tire pressure gauges.
