Product Introduction

The IQS930 Fully Automatic Piston Effective Area Calibration Systemconsists of one standard fully automatic piston pressure gauge, one test-unit fully automatic piston pressure gauge, and one pressure controller. It enables fully automatic weight loading and pressure generation.
Wear-free operation is maintained throughout the verification process, ensuring that the maximum error of the piston system remains within permissible limits throughout a verification cycle.
Designed in full compliance with JJG 59-2022 Verification Regulation of Liquid Piston Pressure Gauges, the system can fully automatically verify the effective area of liquid piston pressure gauges with ranges of 250 MPa, 160 MPa, 100 MPa, 60 MPa, 25 MPa and 6 MPa.
It performs automatic balancing at 11 points, calculates the effective area at 9 points, and finally derives the zero-pressure area, maximum area and deformation coefficient using the least squares method — as shown in the "Area Verification Results" diagram. A complete area verification cycle takes approximately 40 minutes, significantly improving work efficiency.
