Automatic Temperature Verification & Calibration System
The IQS-AT Fully Automatic Temperature Verification System is an automated verification system for resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) and thermocouples, integrating temperature control systems, automatic testing technology and computer technology.
Centered on computer-based verification software, the system uses a precision constant-temperature water bath, a precision constant-temperature oil bath and a thermocouple verification furnace as temperature sources, together with a high-precision digital multimeter (6.5-digit / 7.5-digit) and a low-potential scanner switch.
It features automatic temperature control, automatic verification, automatic data storage and processing, and automatic certificate printing. The complete system enables fully automatic verification and calibration of various thermocouples, RTDs, temperature transmitters, expansion thermometers, temperature indicating controllers, temperature switches and other temperature instruments.

    • Horizontal temperature field ≤ 0.01 °C

    • Vertical temperature field difference ≤ 0.02 °C

  5. Thermocouple verification furnace:

    • Uniform temperature zone length ≥ 40 mm

    • Temperature field deviation from geometry ≤ 10 mm

    • Temperature gradient: ≤ 0.4 °C/cm within ±20 mm of the temperature zone
