Solution Overview

The IQS160 On-site Transformer Thermometer Calibration Solutionis designed primarily for calibrating pressure thermometers, top-oil temperature indicators, winding temperature indicators and platinum resistance thermometers used in power grid systems. It features fast temperature ramping and variable-speed heating/cooling functions.

The device supports simultaneous input of 4 channels of temperature switch testing and calculation results, with forward and reverse stroke testing. In accordance with calibration specification requirements, it records and calculates: calibration temperature, operating temperature, operating temperature change; return temperature, return temperature change; operating error and switching error.
It features a large touchscreen display showing heating and constant-temperature process curves, temperature change per minute, 10-minute temperature fluctuation, and constant-temperature duration. With a wide temperature range, fast heating/cooling, and variable-speed heating/cooling, it also includes linear correction for control deviation.
