Pressure Medium
Water or air is used as the medium for the pressure generator (pressure source). An innovative design allows direct use of tap water or purified water — the medium is widely available, easy to source, and clean. Contamination can be directly discharged without fear of clogging or fouling. This is particularly advantageous for secondary calibration of pressure instruments used in harsh environments in industries such as petroleum, chemical and construction. The medium is discharged after each use without recirculation, ensuring the calibration bench remains clean at all times.
