The IQS830 Gas Regulator Calibration Solution is developed in accordance with JJF 1328-2011 Calibration Specification for Gas Regulators with Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauges.
The system consists of a gas regulator calibration bench, a portable pressure generator, a precision digital pressure gauge, a set of gas regulator adapters, and other accessories. It enables integrated calibration of gas regulators, allowing verification without removing the built-in bourdon tube pressure gauge from the gas regulator.

Solution Overview

The IQS830 Gas Regulator Calibration Solutionis developed in accordance with JJF 1328-2011 Calibration Specification for Gas Regulators with Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauges.
The solution comprises a gas regulator calibration bench, a portable pressure generator, a precision digital pressure gauge, a set of gas regulator adapters, and other components. It enables integrated calibration of gas regulators — verification can be performed without removing the built-in bourdon tube pressure gauge from the regulator. It is suitable for the verification and calibration of pressure gauges on gas regulators including oxygen, acetylene, argon, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and hydrogen regulators.
Featuring aerospace-grade sealing materials for safety, reliability and zero leakage, it significantly improves verification efficiency. It is an ideal solution for metrology departments, enterprises and other organizations for verifying various types of gas regulators.

Product Overview

The IQS700 Automatic Gas Pressure Generatoris a pressure generator capable of producing high-pressure gas up to 30 MPa. It is designed for both laboratory and on-site high-pressure gas calibration applications, such as verifying gas regulators, oxygen inhalers, tire pressure gauges, high-static-pressure differential pressure gauges, and pressure instruments. It can also serve as a gas generation source in the laboratory, connectable to any calibration standard instrument to form a complete calibration setup for metrological calibration and verification services.
